In some rare instances, we may cancel orders. The most common reasons for cancellations are
- product is not available (in this instance we will usually email you to make you aware and offer alternative solutions)
- fraud prevention
- shipping address is not the same as the billing address
All merchandise bought from the UVify website or an official UVify dealer are guaranteed 90 days warranty under the assumption that the product is unused. Warranty items may be replaced with the same product, or exchanged with other products or store credit for 50% of the original purchase price.
All returned unused items are subject to evaluation. Returned items are sent back to our facility at customers’ cost.
Purchases made of an incorrect product for whatever reason may be refunded or exchanged within seven days from the date of receipt, but the product must be returned to the place of purchase.
No warranty shall apply to any product that has been
- damaged from crash
- incorrectly assembled
- operated outside of specifications
Warranty replacements have free standard shipping. Express shipping is available but fees will apply. The point of sale is the place of warranty.
Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within two working days of receipt of shipment.
In the event of an over shipment, customer has the option to return the product to UVify at UVify expense.
Alternatively, customer has the option to retain the product (subject to adjustment of the invoice or the issuance of another invoice to account for any extra items).
Due to the nature of the product, digital downloads, such as the Velocidrone FPV simulator cannot be refunded. Please ensure you are aware of this before placing your order.
