If you have purchased a Velocidrone license from the UVify store, the license key is automatically processed via our systems. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an email link to complete the account set-up and to download the software.
There can be a delay of up to 30 minutes from the time the order is processed to you receiving the email to complete the Velocidrone account activation.
If you have not received an email within 30 minutes, please ensure you check your junk / spam folder before contacting us by raising a new support ticket.
